We have the robust policies in place to ensure the data related to project, security and confidentiality for our clients is secure, we follow strict process that deals with pre sales, during the developmental phase of project and after handing all the files and data to client. We sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our clients before starting project to eliminate all the security issues.

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is entered into between DigitalMonk and the Client. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

Employee NDA
Intellectual property is a valuable asset for an organisation. By signing an NDA, employees acknowledge the importance of protecting the companyβs intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. This helps prevent employees from using or sharing intellectual property for personal gain or unauthorized purposes.
Data Security
Though we ensure the complete transparency while we exchange the information with our clients, we ensure complete security to that information. Only our authorized employees are given the access to that information and it is never used without clientβs permission.


Policy Change
DigitalMonk holds the right to change the confidentiality policy anytime, either partially or totally, depending on the requirements. At the same time, we ensure regular interaction with our clients and inform them about the changes made in the policy.
