DigitalMonk runs a selective, merit-based internship at our Jalandhar office. This isn't a training institute. There's no glossy brochure and no promise of guaranteed placement. What you get instead: a desk next to engineers shipping IoT and embedded products to clients across three countries, real project work from week one, and an honest assessment of whether we'd want to hire you at the end. 💻 What you'll actually work on
Interns at DigitalMonk are assigned to active client projects from the first or second week, depending on starting skill level. The work spans the same disciplines our full-time team handles: embedded firmware (ESP32, nRF, Arduino, Raspberry Pi), IoT cloud and dashboard development, mobile app development (React Native and native iOS), PCB design, and full-stack web work. You won't be assigned “training tasks” or sample exercises — you'll work on real deliverables that get reviewed by senior engineers and that ship to real clients.
👥 Who teaches
There's no separate faculty. The engineers who build products for our clients are the same engineers who guide interns. Your project lead will be a senior engineer working on a real client engagement, and you'll learn the way our team learns — by building, getting feedback, fixing what's wrong, and shipping. The standard for the work is the same standard we hold ourselves to.

We're selective about who we bring on, because the program only works when interns can contribute genuinely. We look for:
Right program
Students in B.Tech CSE / ECE / IT, MCA, BCA, or comparable programs
Demonstrated coding ability
Through college projects, GitHub work, hackathons, or self-built projects you can show us
Genuine curiosity
About how real products get built — not just how to pass exams
Ownership mindset
Willingness to ask questions, take feedback, and own the work assigned to you
We're less concerned with your college's ranking or your CGPA than with what you can actually build. A strong project you can demo will get more weight than a 9.5 CGPA with no code to show.

Raspberry Pi, cloud integration, on-device ML, sensor systems
Full-Stack Web Development
Next.js, React, Node.js, real product builds
React Native Mobile Apps
Cross-platform development with real deployments
SEO & Content Strategy
Search optimization, technical SEO, content writing, analytics, real client website work
Each track runs for either 45 days or 6 months, depending on your college requirement and our cohort availability. We do not offer Robotics or Blockchain training tracks at this time — if your college requires one of those, we may not be the right fit.
